Every set Axial builds is verified against the bow it is being built for. Fill in the fields below and we will confirm the working lengths with you before we start the build.

String set level

Casual $110

A quality custom string set built to Axial's standard process. Correct materials, correct lengths, properly served. Standard serving throughout. Two colors maximum - no pinstripe.

Performance $125

Full BCY Halo serving throughout, with extra coverage at high-wear locations. Up to four colors - two body colors, an accent, and a pinstripe. Built to hold up through a full season of hard use in the field.

For hunting, 3D, field, or any archer who wants the full options package.

Tournament $200

Additional tension sessions and extended dwell between each stage mean the string arrives more fully settled - less shooting-in required. Maximum strand count. For archers who track their draw weight and ATA and expect the string to hold those numbers.

Single color recommended. Fluorescent colors not available - dimensional variance in fluorescent fibers affects consistency.

Youth bows

Youth $90

For purpose-built youth compound bows with a maximum draw weight of 40 lbs or under - bows like the Diamond Atomic, Diamond Prism, Bear Scout, Bear Apprentice, PSE Sprout, and similar. Not applicable to adult bows regardless of how they are configured.

Tension and dwell times are calibrated for the bow's actual draw weight. Two colors, standard serving. We verify the model before the build starts - if it doesn't qualify we'll reach out before proceeding.

Peep sight placeholder

A peep placeholder is a small section of material to temporarily split the strands for easy peep installation. Axial does not recommend the peep placeholder be installed, and instead the peep installation separates the strands in the unique orientation of the system.

Colors sourced from BCY's 452Xtra line. Serving uses BCY Halo or 3D thread. Accent and pinstripe strands are available on Performance sets. Tournament sets are limited to one body color plus an optional pinstripe. Casual and Youth sets are limited to two body colors. If your color isn't listed, choose "Other" and describe it in the notes field.
