I'm just some person putting down the best information I can find. I read things. I test things. I talk to people who know more than me — you can do it — and then I write it down. That's the whole operation. It is not a research institution. It is one person doing their best and also occasionally thinking about Colonel Sanders for no reason.

So if you've found something — if something in that article is genuinely, factually, sources-and-diagrams wrong — that is entirely possible. I've been doing it this way for thirty years.

Yeah. Maybe. I've thought about that. I thought about it for a long time, which is probably why I am the greatest water distribution engineer in the world, or at least why I think about things too long.

But here's the honest version: I don't have the time, the resources, or — and this is important — the Medula Oblongata required to personally investigate every correction that comes through. Mama says I'm right. That's been my working assumption. I stand by it the way I stand by high quality H2O, which is completely and without hesitation.

Your mama, however, has apparently also weighed in.

What I can tell you is this: if you really think the article is wrong, don't convince me. Convince the community. The forums. The people who shoot alongside you. That's where archery knowledge actually lives and changes. Go make your case there. If it holds up, it'll hold up without my help, and if the whole community agrees with your mama, I will hear about it eventually. My mama will be informed. There will be a conversation.
